Job Description

Market Intelligence

  • In charge of managing commercial databases including sell-in, sell-out and offtake datasets
  • Understand market dynamics & competition movement by leveraging multiple data sources to create actionable business insights, answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations
  • Prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
  • Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change Salesforce Effectiveness
  • Monitor and report commercial performance against agreed salesforce KPIs to continuously drive best-in-class efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the definition of business objectives and sales incentives plan
  • Propose sales incentive plan for discussion with HR and local sales management
  • Participate in the communication of these proposals to the sales departments KDP and other projects • Global commercial transformation projects
