Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health at Home is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) looking to make a meaningful impact in their communities. We’re seeking motivated CNAs to serve patients in the Philadelphia 5-county area, bringing comfort and support directly to their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care needs, including hygiene and mobility assistance
  • Provide light housekeeping and support in maintaining a safe, healthy environment
  • Support patients' overall well-being in a home care setting

Qualifications:

  • CNA certification in Pennsylvania (PA) required
  • 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in home care, hospice, or institutional settings
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to patient homes
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional relationships with patients and families
