Responsibilities:
To lead South portfolio team to work with the Relationship Managers to offer GTS solutions to our clients to meet the GTS revenue targets and enhance our overall cross-sell ratio to our customer base.
带领南区团队和客户经理合作为客户提供环球交易服务部的方案实现本部门的销售目标从而为提升交叉销售
Responsible to drive the cash management and trade finance portfolio to deliver the revenue targets and KPIs to meet the overall GTS business objectives, especially cash management.
Align with the respective RMs on the overall account plan and customer segment targets.
和相对应的客户经理积极合作准备帐户计划书并共同建立客户目标
Work with the Relationship Managers, GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O and relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.
和客户经理、产品经理、网银执行经理及其他各个相关的部门合作提供客户的解决方案
Support the network by translating the referrals into revenue and referring deals to overseas.
支持集团网络将推荐的业务机会转化为业务收入同时向海外推荐业务
Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements.
同相关部门和产品经理积极探寻市场的需求和机会所在并且把机会转变为业务需求
Requirements
Master Degree/ University Degree education level, preferable majored in Business Management/Economics/Finance .
硕士/ 大学文化程度,商业管理/ 经济/财务专业为主
At least 15 years’ experience in GTS sales or relevant field
在环球交易部服务部销售团队或相关领域至少有十五年以上的工作经验
Strong GTS product knowledge with strong sales and commercial orientation.
有丰富的环球交易服务部的产品知识和商业经营头脑
Able to perform in a matrix organization in a regional structure with good alignment skills.
在矩阵管理式的组织机构中有很好的联动技巧
Excellent command of English and Chinese language.
