Description
Position Summary:
Carries out established project objectives and directives for Development and Alumni Relations Team in the School of Health Professions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies appropriate resources needed and develops schedules and reminders to ensure timely completion of project(s).
- Maintains regular communication with project stakeholders and donors including emails, calls and meetings to ensure project goals are being met.
- Assists with event planning and management such as approval forms, registration, and catering.
- Provides donor and alumni reports for visits, events, campaigns, email outreach, etc.
- Performs various financial responsibilities such as purchasing, reimbursements, and travel.
- Enters information into databases (CRM, accounts, scholarship).
- Generates drafts of donor thank you letters.
- Assists with organizing scholarship stewardship data and report editing for The School of Health Professions.
- Performs various clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, creating packets, and preparing mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Ability to work in centralized CRM, Oracle, Asana
- Ability to maintain records and filing systems
- Excellent verbal and writing skills/techniques (Follow-ups, emails, phone calls, etc.)
- Project management/coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to work comfortably in all formats
- Analytical skills
- Must be able to interact with staff at all levels with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, General Studies or a related field.
- Two (2) years of related Project Coordinator experience required.
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
