We’re seeking a pragmatic, tech-savvy, and relationship-driven Director of Marketing & Enrollments to lead our enrollment strategy, elevate our brand, and build lasting partnerships with families and the community. This role blends marketing strategy, community engagement, and family experience management. What You’ll Do

  • Lead with purpose and empathy to build trust with families, staff, and the broader community.
  • Ensure the center maintains a welcoming, compliant, and safe environment at all times.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-performing educators to ensure staffing stability.
  • Partner with teachers to highlight curriculum strengths and create a joyful learning atmosphere.

Enrollment & Family Engagement Strategy

  • Lead and optimize enrollment strategy from lead gen to conversion.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective families from inquiry to start date.
  • Ensure consistent communication with active families and do parent pleasers to drive retention and emotional connection.
  • Deliver personalized tours that make families feel valued and understood.

Marketing, Digital Presence & Community Growth

  • Grow digital presence through engaging content, social media, and 5-star reviews.
  • Launch campaigns to boost visibility and establish the center as a trusted favorite.
  • Lead community events that deepen family connections and build brand loyalty.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and parent networks to expand reach.

Employer Branding & Employee Engagement

  • Foster a culture of appreciation and pride, positioning staff as brand ambassadors.
  • Support teacher recognition to boost morale and retention.
  • Develop people and invest in their career progression.

Who You Are

  • Strategic and results-driven, with heart-led leadership.
  • Tech-savvy; skilled in CRMs and marketing tools.
  • Warm, proactive communicator who builds strong relationships.
  • Experienced in events, digital marketing, and brand building.
  • Growth-minded leader with high emotional intelligence.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in marketing, including digital marketing and event management.
  • 2+ years of experience as Center Director in a licensed child care center.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or store management; cross-industry backgrounds are welcome.
  • 2+ years of proven leadership in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Ideal for emerging leaders eager to grow and lead with energy.
  • Willingness to earn CT Head Teacher and Director credentials.
  • Familiarity with social media, Canva, and CRM tools preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Early Childhood Education is a plus.
