As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Perform customer-facing and executive presence, coupled with strong relationship building skill
  • Experience with CRM sales tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Understands salesforce multi-clouds (Sales, Service, marketing, health, financial service, and government clouds and TPM) and Integration knowledge on MuleSoft.
  • Demonstrate strong business insight and strategic sales skills.
  • Execute business strategy and planning.
  • Design/drive complex projects, programs, and processes at scale.
  • Exercise strong consultative mindset and ability to uncover business challenges.
  • A holistic and detailed understanding of IT and how technology can accelerate business growth whilst also being vulnerable to security threats and breaches.

About You

  • Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)
  • Required skills: salesforce solution architecture, business development, salesforce certifications
  • Must have at least 10 years of relevant salesforce experience.
  • Can drive the solutioning discussions, comfortable building capability of their teams.
  • Must have strong business insight and strategic sales skills.
  • Has strong understanding on Salesforce multi-clouds.
  • Excellent intellectual and analytical skills - ability to structure problem statements and be the catalyst for uncovering new ways to solve problems. Prior management consulting, business development, or strategy & planning experiences are desired.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills an ability to graphically represent new ideas and concepts to executive leaders.
  • Strong time management skills - ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, ability to establish rapport and credibility over virtual engagements, and clearly articulate a value proposition.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; ability to effectively and energetically present to partners, customers, peers, and management.
  • Amenable to work in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
