In this position you will ensure high-quality resident care, services, and outcomes by integrating nursing functions with other disciplines for a holistic, team-based approach consistent with Ebenezer's philosophy. Provides leadership in all aspects of nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. Maintains standards strategically within Ebenezer and is responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care.

Meadows on Fairview is located in the city of Wyoming, MN, steps away from the Fairview Lakes Hospital and a short distance from Forest Lake and North Branch. Resposibilities:

Ensure quality nursing care and compliance by developing policies, collaborating on resident assessments, and identifying improvements. Oversee staff evaluations, support standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Infection Control: Track and prevent infections, manage antibiotic stewardship, and conduct audits.
  • Program Development: Enhance resident programs, delegate development tasks, and implement health care programs.
  • Leadership: Oversee hiring, training, and workflow, support professional development, and ensure 24-hour RN availability.
  • Budget: Develop and adhere to budgets, track costs, and monitor overtime.
  • Marketing: Promote service excellence, collaborate on marketing, and develop customer feedback systems.
  • Medical Staff: Consult on resident care policies.
  • Regulations: Stay current on trends and regulations, and communicate updates to staff.
  • Community: Maintain relationships and assist with outreach.
  • Vendors: Collaborate on resident care needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree - RN
  • RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows -AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED
  • CMS or APIC Training for Infection Prevention - Must be completed within 90-days after hire date.
  • One or more years experience
  • Supervisory/Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years experience
  • ANACC Certification in Gerontology
  • Bachelor's Degree - BSN
