We're looking for a Experience in re-engineering of legacy application into a modern, cloud-native solution using Spring Boot, Angular and deploy to AWS cloud with serverless architecture. Have the ability to reverse engineer existing code, document requirements, & implement robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, reverse engineer the existing application to understand its functionality, architecture, and business logic.
• Document technical & functional detail requirements from the existing sources.
• Develop software aligned to technical requirements and architecture.
• Develop services with optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet the needs of the client and stakeholders.
• Implement AppSync APIs interacting with Java and Python applications.
• Implement secure, efficient, and scalable APIs following best practices.
• Contribute to UI development using Angular.
• Work with the lead developer and architect, aligning technical goals.
• Create API documentation for the APIs, including workflow diagrams and specs.
• Revise, debug, and refactor the code, ensuring the code comments.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Angular including knowledge of relevant frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Must have experience in building web applications using Angular frameworks.
• Desirable experience in building applications using ReactJS.
• Proven experience in reverse engineering and rewriting legacy applications.
• Decent exposure with AWS AppSync and GraphQL for API development.
• Proficient in code analysis, reverse engineering, and transforming legacy code.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., DB2, PostgreSQL).
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to get along with other peers.
