Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join the team with our stable and growing construction client! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that is a leader in their industry and continues to grow.

- Onsite in Grayslake, IL
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory
- Timely staging and shipping of outgoing orders
- Receive parts and inspect for quality
- Match packing slips to parts & quantities received
- Prepare shipping documents
- Contact carriers as needed
- Prepare daily shipping schedule
- Print shipping labels and documents
- and more
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Prior experience processing orders and paperwork (LTL and shipping documentation is a plus but client is willing to train).
- Computer skills- MS Office Suite (Epicor is a plus but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Seeking candidates who can multitask, are organized, and have attention to detail skills
