Pay: $28.50 -$33.50/Hour

Location: Oroville, Ca

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Work hours may vary

Job Description:

  • Prioritize safety as the top focus.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Evaluate and manage labor, inventory, and equipment needs.
  • Develop marketing strategies to boost retail sales.
  • Create and manage employee schedules while tracking time and attendance.
  • Address customer concerns and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and security.
  • Assist the General Manager with inventory control, stocking, shipping, sales, and advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of current equivalent experience in building supply/production management.
  • Preferred experience in door and window products, production, and sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfortable holding others accountable
