  • Collaborate with WCM Finance to analyze deal structures, model financial impacts, and ensure deals provide meaningful revenue.
  • Work closely with regional leadership (APAC President, MDs, and FDs) to align digital licensing strategies with business objectives.
  • Liaise with SVP, Global Society Relations and Digital Rights, and regional societies to advocate for the implementation of society policies in furtherance of WCM’s global Society strategy.
  • Monitor APAC trends in media, consumer technology, and streaming platforms to inform long-range strategic initiatives.

About you:

  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • A network of senior contacts at global and local digital service providers across APAC.
  • Prior experience at a collection society or digital rights management organization.
  • Experience developing and executing new strategic initiatives in digital media or entertainment.
  • A Master's degree or MBA in music business/management or a related field.
