Job summary:

The Validation Lab Engineering Assistant supports engineering validation and Product teams by performing hands-on testing, measurements, and data collection of products, systems, or components in a validation laboratory environment. This role ensures that test procedures are executed according to standards, FTE plans and results are accurately documented for analysis and regulatory compliance.

What you will do:

  • Set up and operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers, signal generators, and automated testers.
  • Perform validation tests on hardware, software, and integrated systems based on test plans and protocols.
  • Document and maintain accurate test results, observations, and anomalies during testing.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working order.
  • Work closely with validation engineers and PE teams to support ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in failure analysis and root cause investigations.
  • Support data analysis and report generation as needed.
  • Maintain calibration of all machines and documentation
  • Support provide EY data
  • Work in Shift

What you will need:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in laboratory testing and equipment management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
