Your Role

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday to Friday, with a starting at 7:30 AM, though it may vary. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
  • Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
  • Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
  • Drive the implementation of continuous improvement action plans
  • Be flexible with work hours and perform other responsibilities as needed

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least 2 or more years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries is a plus
  • Experience with GMP or GxP standards is a plus
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies is a plus
