Summary
Position Summary:
The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet. This role ensures the delivery of excellent guest experiences, supervises staff, maintains service standards, and assists in achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Supervise and train service team members, providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to guests, maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor and manage guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Support in inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure service efficiency.
- Help develop team schedules, assign duties, and manage staff performance.
- Participate in monthly forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in promoting the outlet through upselling and guest engagement initiatives.
- Act as Outlet Manager in their absence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; other languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
