Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Software Engineer lll- Dynamics Business Central Developer to become an integral part of our innovative team. This role offers an exceptional career opportunity within a product-focused company, allowing you to influence solution design and development directly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to product scoping, solution architecture, and delivery initiatives, all while embracing the latest technologies like AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Development: Design, implement, and maintain Business Central solutions.
• Collaboration: Contribute to scoping sessions, solution architecture discussions, and product design.
• AI Utilization: Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and solve complex technical challenges.
• Testing: Build and maintain automated tests while adhering to the principles of
• Deployment: Actively engage in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficiency in deployment and testing processes.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and facilitate testing and deployment activities.
• Financial Industry Knowledge: Continuously deepen your understanding of fund accounting and business processes in the financial sector.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation; present features and solutions to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in writing optimized C/AL and AL code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including automation testing.
• Experience working with versions of Dynamics NAV / Business Central and integrating with third-party applications via APIs and web services.
• 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in development workflows.
• Debugging, performance profiling, and optimizing solutions in Business Central environments.
• Practical expertise with tools like Git, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and AI tools for development.
• Experience with Business Central On-Premises deployments is a plus.

Education/Certifications
