Responsibilities
As a Region Service Manager for the Commercial Division , you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture.
You will…
- Oversee daily operations across multiple Branches within the region to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop Service Managers and Service Technicians to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality
- Analyze service metrics and performance data to identify trends, implement improvements, and drive regional growth
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all locations
- Manage regional staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations for Technicians
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure swift resolution to maintain client satisfaction
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor service delivery and provide hands-on leadership and support

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients
What will my work environment be like?
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
