Description:Control Account Manager

What You Will Be Doing
As the Control Account Manager (CAM) and Proposal Support Author within the Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) organization, you will play a key role in managing financial and operational performance for sustainment supply operations tied to advanced aerospace programs, including the U-2 and other ADP platforms. Based in Fort Worth, TX, this position focuses on cost and schedule management, earned value analysis, and proposal development to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts.
You will lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate Basis of Estimates (BOEs), oversee technical and financial deliverables for multiple control accounts, and contribute to strategic planning and execution. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on current and future sustainment business growth.

You are a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a strong background in program control, financial analysis, and proposal development. You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and bring a proactive mindset to managing cost, schedule, and technical scope across complex supply chain operations. You’re skilled in Earned Value Management and have experience supporting defense or aerospace programs—particularly with sustainment, spares, or logistics. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating across functional teams, and clearly communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to synthesize information and drive alignment on proposal and execution strategies makes you a key asset to any cross-functional team.
