Position Overview:

hard-working Corporate Finance team.

Our Impact:

• Our team is responsible for planning and reporting against the expense budget of Freddie Mac – we interact with all areas of the company
• We provide reports and insights to executive leadership to support decision making
• We take a lead role in new initiatives which span across the company

Your Impact:

• Complete regular and ad hoc variance analysis and financial reporting
• Support annual planning process and ad hoc analysis towards driving effective and efficient management of the firm’s resources
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance controls

Qualifications:

• Typically has 2 – 4 years related experience
• College degree (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent attention to detail; highly analytical
• Experience using critical tools (Hyperion/Smartview/PeopleSoft) and/or drive to become an advanced user
• Strong oral and written communication skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
