Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Performs complex production assembly on aircraft structural components, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual and automated tools in a manufacturing environment.
- This role is strictly for candidates with professional aviation/aerospace assembly experience — automotive assembly experience is not applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of aircraft or aerospace assembly experience (automotive assembly not considered)
- Ability to read and follow technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Experience in aircraft panel installation, sealant application, and fuel tank work
- Use of chemical solvents, sealants, adhesives, coatings, and finishes
- Ability to perform bond and ground measurements
- In-tank sealing and confined space work (training/certification required)
- Capable of performing structural washes (e.g., fuel tanks)
- Microsoft Office / Outlook
- CAD / 3D Drawing Software
- Internet Explorer
- Use of various hand and power tools (e.g., rivet gun, bucking bar, nut runner, Winslow, Quackenbush)
- Mechanical lift operation (ladders, tiger/snorkel lifts)
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
