Job Details:
- Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Perform complex production assembly operations on aircraft structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and systems
- Use manual and automated tools to support flight readiness and aircraft maintenance
- Focus areas include system installations, functional testing, and composite repair
- Work in a dynamic travel team environment; flexibility in location and shift is required
- Assemble and install structural components and aircraft systems
- Conduct inspections and functional tests to verify system performance
- Perform maintenance and support flight readiness tasks
- Repair composite structures and apply sealants and ti-foil
- Troubleshoot and install systems (e.g., power, hydraulics, IFE)
- Support functional and operational testing
- Comply with all safety and quality standards
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4+ years of related aircraft experience or equivalent (e.g., vocational training, Associate’s degree + 2 years, etc.)
- Must be willing to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Must be willing and able to travel as part of a mobile team
- Offer contingent on passing all background checks and screenings
- Completion of approximately (XYZ) weeks of onboarding/training
- Aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting
- System installation and repair (power, hydraulic, IFE)
- Composite repair and exterior panel work
- Functional/operational testing
- In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) maintenance and troubleshooting
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
- A&P License strongly preferred (not required)
- Experience in commercial or military aviation
- Familiarity with sealant, paint, ti-foil, and structural material handling
