We are looking for an Oracle NetSuite Technical Architect to join our growing team. The role is focusing on the development of high-level solution design, for applications & systems and evaluations.

Job Description

  • 12+ years’ professional development experience with Oracle NetSuite design, development, and delivery experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring scalability and integration with other business systems.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and map business requirements to NetSuite capabilities.
  • Design and document functional requirements, including workflows, scripts, custom records, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to guide customizations, reports, and integrations using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other development tools.
  • Provide expertise in business process optimization using NetSuite, with a focus on finance, procurement, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices and industry standards for configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure business users are comfortable with NetSuite functionality.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of the NetSuite system post-implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases and features and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and assist in building the NetSuite team within the organization.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design and architectural discussions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Technical Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience with 8+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including at least 3 years in a functional / Technical architect or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other business processes.
  • Experience with Suite Script, Suite Talk, and Suite Flow for customizing and integrating NetSuite with third-party systems.
  • Overall Enterprise Architecture skills are a plus, knowledge of a multi-application environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale NetSuite implementations or upgrades.
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Suite Foundation) are a plus.
  • Extensive experience with mobile application lifecycle, design patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile security, and data storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
