XLA is looking to add a Functional Analyst to the team.
Salary: $88k per year
Requirements
Tier 2 Helpdesk analyst for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST applications – extensive troubleshooting of user issues, communicating resolutions
Provides specialized support/expertise in the areas of Vendor Management, Security/user access, and G-invoicing
System and regression testing UFMS and FIRST apps
Systems analyst for FIRST enhancements (requirements analysis, working with customers and developers, testing
Update user documentation
