We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Business Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving agent performance and business growth by leveraging data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our various agent segmentation gradings, performance target setting for agents, market trend analysis, and strategic recommendations to Marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agent Segmentation: Assist in determining agent segmentation strategies and ensure agents are segmented accurately based on performance, market potential, and business objectives. Ensure that all segmentation decisions are integrated into all dependent marketing programs.
  • Business Targeting: Collaborate with Field management staff to create and monitor key performance metrics for agents and Field staff, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Trend Identification & Analysis: Collaborate with field management to analyze sales, quote activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Incentive Program Recommendations: Evaluate existing incentive programs and recommend enhancements or new initiatives based on data insights to optimize agent engagement and profitability.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis and create customized reports to support agents in achieving growth and profitability targets.
  • Competitive Market Awareness: Track and communicate competitive trends in the market, particularly related to quotes and sales performance, providing insights to marketing leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role, preferably in Insurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
