Pay Range: $35.00–$42.00/hour based on experience

Evening Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Join us as a Structures Technician on the Evening Shift in Hartford, CT, where you'll help maintain and modify world-class business jets and mission-specialized aircraft. In this role, your craftsmanship will contribute to the safety, performance, and precision that define elite aviation.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll work directly on customer aircraft, performing structural repairs, modifications, and inspections. Your day-to-day will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing aircraft structures and composite components
• Fabricating and modifying metal parts per engineering specifications
• Performing minor and complex repairs—on and off aircraft
• Conducting hidden damage inspections and documenting work per regulations
• Supporting mechanical and electrical removals/installations as needed
• Assisting with aircraft towing, off-site maintenance, and GSE operation
• Complying with all safety, environmental, and quality policies
• Participating in continuous improvement and 5S activities

What You Bring to the Team:

Required:

• Training from an aircraft sheet metal technical school or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate aircraft structural repairs or modifications
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Ability to work safely and efficiently under tight deadlines and in varying conditions
• Own a complete set of basic hand tools and maintain control/inventory of them
• Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain GSE certifications and, if required, a SIDA badge

Preferred:

• A&P, Airframe Certification, or Repairman Certificate
• Basic PC/computer skills for documentation and compliance tracking

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
