Associate with Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure (NRUI) team responsible for development of relationship, business ideas, execution and pipeline across silos.

NRUI is a Pan European team supporting clients across the value energy transition and sustainable infrastructure value chain.

What you'll be doing

Client relationship management: Support sector leadership team and serve as point of contact, addressing clients' financial needs and coordinating comprehensive banking solutions.

Deal execution and support of origination: Supporting execution of transactions, including M&A, capital raising and project financing. Support team in identifying and originate new business opportunities in the sector across products.

Sector expertise: Maintain and leverage sector-specific expertise to provide informed advice and insights to clients.

Client interaction: prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to clients, demonstrating the firm's capabilities and proposed solutions. Customize presentations to address the specific financial and strategic needs of each client.

What you'll need to succeed

Financial acumen: deep understanding of financial principles, including corporate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.

Sector expertise: extensive knowledge of the sector, including trends, regulatory environment, and market dynamics. Familiarity with various types of assets.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: strong analytical skills to evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks. Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.

Technical proficiency: proficiency in financial software, databases, and tools used in investment banking. Familiarity with advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making processes.

Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts. Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to clients and stakeholders.

Cultural and macro awareness: understanding of global markets and cultural nuances in conducting international business. Ability to navigate and manage cross-border transactions and relationships.
