Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Enterprise Systems is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for managing enterprise technology systems, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data strategy. This role drives the design, implementation, and optimization of critical business technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, scalability, and security best practices.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Systems
    • Lead strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain).
    • Drive innovation and modernization to enhance operational performance.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Enterprise Architecture
    • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy to ensure scalability, integration, and efficiency.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
    • Enforce architecture standards and governance processes.
  • Security Management
    • Oversee information security strategy ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO, NIST).
    • Develop security policies and risk management programs to protect organizational assets.
    • Lead security audits, vulnerability assessments, and promote cybersecurity awareness.
  • Data Strategy & Management
    • Define and execute data strategy, establishing data governance and ensuring data integrity.
    • Provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure data privacy compliance and security measures.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Mentor and develop teams including system architects, analysts, and security specialists.
    • Foster innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Strategic Alignment & Business Partnership
    • Act as a strategic partner, delivering technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead change management efforts ensuring successful technology adoption.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning for systems, architecture, and security initiatives.

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership in enterprise systems, architecture, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven success in complex technology implementations and digital transformations.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS in multi-unit, global environments.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
  • Proficiency in traditional and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Desired Certifications:

  • CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, SAFe Agilist, CSM, CDMP
