Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support enterprise collaboration and data management initiatives. In this role, you will help teams across the organization work more effectively by supporting and improving the use of monday.com as a central collaboration platform, maintaining key business data, and staying current on emerging technologies such as AI to identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, and promote consistent data practices. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping others use tools and information to do their best work.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Configure and support monday.com workspaces, templates, dashboards, and workflows to enable better collaboration across teams.
- Help teams structure and manage their projects and day-to-day work within monday.com, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive adoption and empower teams to use monday.com effectively.
- Maintain and monitor master data (e.g., Restaurant data, User, Entities, Products, etc.) to ensure it remains accurate and up to date.
- Serve as a connector between business teams and technical teams, gathering input and helping translate needs into solutions.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvement initiatives, and efforts to streamline cross-functional communication.
- Stay up to date with developments in AI and workplace technology, identifying relevant tools or features that could improve team productivity.
- Lead or support training efforts to introduce new features, AI-powered tools, or best practices for smarter collaboration.
- Participate in planning and project coordination activities to support key initiatives across departments.
Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting team collaboration, project coordination, or business operations.
- Familiarity with tools like monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms for workflow management.
- Experience with structured data (such as organizational or reference data) and an understanding of its role in business processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support, train, and build relationships with users across all levels.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and a willingness to explore how they can enhance work.
- Organized and dependable, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and solving problems.
