We are seeking a highly-motivated and independent program manager to take ownership of our fledgling Inside Sales and Social Selling programs. These initiatives are crucial for providing a world-class customer experience for ABB Robotics contacts. You will be mainly accountable for: • Program Ownership: Independently drive the development and implementation of the Inside Sales program in various countries and the Social Selling program globally. Ensure these pro-grams are effectively integrated into the organization and achieve their goals. • Inside Sales Program: Collaborate with global and local organizations to implement a scalable program that ensures 100% of leads are handled efficiently and effectively. Tailor the program to fit different sizes and needs of sales organizations in various countries/regions. • Social Selling Program: Develop a comprehensive training program that empowers ABB Robotics employees to leverage their social media presence foster relationships that lead to sales and enhance the overall customer experience. • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with country Sales organizations and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and integration of these programs. • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the programs. Work closely with marketing, sales, and communications teams. • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of the programs. Continuously monitor and optimize program performance, and communicate it in a regular, structure cadence.
