General schedule will be Mondays and Tuesday, at the Falls Church Medical Center, Fridays at the Fair Oaks Medical Center.
May require travel to other centers in Northern Virginia based on business demands.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience or successful completion of accredited optometry residency program.
Education
Graduation from an accredited school of Optometry required.
License, Certification, Registration
License in good standing in State of Maryland, District of Columbia, or Virginia required.
National Provider Identification (NPI) required.
Enrollment in PECOS required.
