We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Retail Branch Merchandise) that has a strategic ability to align creative vision with business objectives and financial market realities. This role will have a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the customer's experience and optimizing product placement throughout our branch network.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop strategies to engage customers and employees through in-branch promotions and events.
  • Effectively drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of the retail branch network.
  • Conduct periodic branch visits for audits to assess the appearance of all signage, displays, and merchandise – promptly coordinating updates or replacements when needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, new merchandising techniques, online courses, and industry events.
  • Provide guidance and training to branch personnel on brand protocols, display best practices, and overall marketing campaigns for cohesive and engaging experience
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions about product assortments and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, marketing, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of financial services and marketing background
  • Skilled at tracking promotional materials, anticipating replenishment needs, and maintaining accurate records of signage and collateral usage
  • Previous experience working with digital signage and analytics performance tracking
  • Experience working with branch managers, vendors, and marketing team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ability to plan and execute merchandising strategies aligning with overall business objectives
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with various departments, including marketing, sales, and supply chain management
  • Strong writing and editing abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary Range: $90,000- $128,000 (depending on experience and other job related factors)

This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
