We are looking for a Marketing Director - Small Business Segment to lead and define overall marketing vision for the small business segment, aligning with organizational goals and SAE/Enterprise Leaders’ vision.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring a strong consistent brand identity across all channels, all the while preserving affiliate brands while strengthening Bancorporation messages.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing programs, including partners across Product and Retail
- Partner creative and brand teams through Creative Leads who will serve as brand experts and work closely with affiliate teams on localization strategy.
- Collaborates cross-functionally within Cross-Affiliate Marketing to deliver integrated marketing plans that enhance client experience and reinforce brand loyalty. Coordinating and enforcing branding guidelines and standards across departments and business lines.
- Ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
A master’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar field with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, or a related role is preferred.
- Extensive background in creating and executing marketing strategies tailored to small business needs, with a strong understanding of financial products and service offerings.
- Proven ability to develop long-term marketing roadmaps while managing immediate campaigns and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Experience building, mentoring, and managing teams while fostering cross-functional partnerships across product, marketing, and sales organizations.
- Expertise in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Experience in overseeing the visual aspects of a project, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's vision.
- Skilled at weaving organizational history, mission, and values into communications that resonate with diverse employee groups, potential hires, and investors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Salary Range: $159,375 - $233,750 (depending on experience and other job related factors)
This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
