Crown Eurocars of Dublin is hiring a Part-time Appointment Setter for their busy automotive service department. Full-time is also available!

As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing the profitability and efficiency of our automotive service department. You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services.

This is an On-site, Part-time position but we will also consider Full-time for the right candidate!

Part-time hours: Two (2) days per week (Thursday 7:30 am- 6:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am- 6:00 pm )

Competitive hourly compensation between $14 and $18 per hour - depending upon experience and overall qualifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date schedule of appointments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback for improvement
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of appointments
• Utilize customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Utilize knowledge of automotive services and products to effectively recommend and schedule services for customers
• Manage and maintain customer records and appointment information accurately
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed set sales targets and appointment goals

Requirements as below:

• Prior experience as an appointment setter or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and appointments
• Basic understanding of automotive services and products
• Proficient in using computers and experience with customer management software is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

Also requires a pre-hire Background Check and Drug Screen
