What you´ll do

  • Take responsibility for e-commerce, managing the relationship and driving sales and performance in the related costumers.
  • Achieve sales, value share, trade spending, execution, and listing targets for the assigned costumers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the E-commerce channel to develop and execute plans collaboratively.
  • Lead joint business planning processes with customers, negotiating trade terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Work closely with other sales channels and departments (Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Category Management) to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts specific to e-com customers.
  • Design and implement tailored account plans based on growth forecasts, market opportunities, and customer capabilities, aligned with Henkel's business strategy.
  • Execute brand strategies and drive excellent execution to ensure optimal customer sell-out performance.
  • Regularly analyze and report customer performance against KPIs, such as sales, value share, and trade spending.

What makes you a good fit

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
  • 6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, specifically in the e-commerce channel, is a must.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Driving license is a must
