Summary of Job Descriptions:

The HRBP will act and serve as a performance improvement driver and influence positive changes within the people services culture. The HRBP will assist in leading change management projects to further advance the culture; build strong business relationships with functional business groups and serve as the point of contact for employees and leaders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Have the capacity to understand people issues impacting the business.
  • Use research methods effectively for data collection, diagnostic, and analysis.
  • Be experienced in project management, resource management, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and HR team in employee relations initiatives and investigations.
  • Demonstrate integrity in business interactions and honor personal commitments.
  • Possess the proven ability to provide verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively.
  • Have the proven ability to reach agreements and consensus despite differing goals and priorities.
  • Enjoy leading and engaging groups, andgroups and challenging the status quo.
  • Foster atmosphere of teamwork and development within the extended HR team.
  • Continuously strive for improvement and results.
  • Partner with leaders and the talent acquisition group to identify labor needs and help recruiting efforts and processes.

  • Develop and promote two-way flexible communication mechanisms for the workforce to influence and promote exceptional employee engagement.
  • Drive people processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management throughout the organization.
  • Leverage existing shared services and expert teams to deliver outstanding HR support to the business.
  • Foster an environment of positive employee experience and relations.
  • Keeps confidentiality, establishes trust and credibility, seen by employees as approachable and fair, balances business needs with employee needs, and spends significant time interfacing directly with employees/client base.
  • Coach, counsel, and guide leader in effective employee engagement, rewards, growth, and accountability.
  • Throughout in day-to-day employee transactions. Examples include: questions on pay, educational benefits, etc. Partnering with leaders on hiring/termination needs, assisting with interviews, diagnose turnover issues, employee engagement initiatives.
  • Learn the business and partner with leaders on employee recognition, promotions, performance (development plans/bench strength, etc.), leadership development (brown bag sessions/external courses), succession planning, and radical candor. Help leaders to plan for future workforce needs (labor planning).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 4 years human resources experience

Professional and strong interpersonal skills

Able to work within a matrix organization

Ability to work independently and use good judgement under pressure

Ability to display a high level of work prioritization and customer follow through

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

Master's Degree

6 years human resources experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $54069 - $91917

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
