Job Description – Customer Care Executive

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Customer Care Executive in Cebu:

• Customer Service Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor and be an attentive listener who is friendly and approachable. You must also be a proactive, self-driven problem-solver who engages with existing customers and prospects. Your role demands identifying customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and guiding every customer to the best-suited products, services, and promotions.

• Adaptability: You should be comfortable working on a graveyard shift and committed to a consistent 40-hour, Monday-to-Friday work schedule, showcasing flexibility and dedication.

Job Requirements – Customer Care Executive

Skills and qualities needed to thrive in the customer care executive role in Cebu:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Prior experience with inbound or outbound sales campaigns is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Five9 and the ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proven success in sales.
