What Are We Looking For?

• As an innovative and highly respected leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a driven, diligent, thorough Sales Representative to join our team.

Qualifications:

• 1 yr. Prior Automotive Sales/ Sales experience Preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve and maintain high CSI scores.
• Prior Luxury/Highline sales experience A PLUS.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $41,092.00 to $161,736.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales Gross and bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
