Description

We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent). This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you will learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers’ inquiries. You’ll gain foundational knowledge to build a successful career in the banking industry.

As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of communication for internal and external customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance. Skills

  • Customer service
  • Data entry
  • High level of professionalism and customer orientation, with strong verbal skills
  • 2+ years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales, or financial environment

Schedule

  • Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment
  • Shift will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training
  • Parking is available on site

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
