Job Description

We are seeking a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive and Content Creator who will authentically showcase Amman Academy’s daily life and achievements. The ideal candidate must be trend-aware, digitally skilled, and excited to inspire our community through innovative and engaging storytelling

Required Skills/Abilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content (photos, videos, stories, posts, reels) that highlights school life and events.
• Manage and grow the school’s social media presence across platforms, staying aligned with Meta algorithms and best practices.
• Attend and cover school events in real-time, capturing authentic moments that showcase our vibrant community.
• Stay on top of digital trends to create fresh, relevant, and shareable content.
• Develop creative ideas that tell the "AA Life" story and highlight our achievements and culture.
• Monitor and engage with our online community to strengthen relationships.
• Track and report on content performance, providing recommendations for growth.
• Use content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut) and social media management platforms effectively.
