1. Lead a team of shift technicians in equipment operation, installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in each area of responsibility

2. Supervise the day-to-day equipment operations and maintenance (such as; changing of tooling, conduct initial machine condition parameters, and perform pre-production test).

3. Responsible for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Senior Engineer or Manager.

4. Responsible for alerting the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence

and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

5. Responsible for the update and completion of all preventive maintenance activities,

technical reports (Machine report, EBRR, etc.) as assigned.

6. Responsible in the implementation of projects such as system optimization,

improvements, POKAYOKE, etc.

7. Responsible in the equipment immediate repair, operation, installation, troubleshooting

and calibration as assigned or in areas beyond the technician’s capability.

8. Solves problems related to equipment’s which may involve major decision making with

the guidance of a Manager or colleague from other group or department.

9. Responsible in the gathering of equipment specifications and updating of machine

parameters, electrical, mechanical diagram/ layout.

10. ISO/TS documentations.
