Responsabilidades
Your Role:
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
Requisitos
Ho are you:
- An Advanced English level.
- To live in Lima.
- To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
- To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
- Desirable knowledge of Commercial Invoice.
- Desirable experience with customer retention and minor technical support preferred
Enjoy:

- Available to work in Miraflores Site.
- Paid training from day one.
- Salary: S/. 1700 + 25% commision bonus+ S/. 260 Food card bonus + S/.300 adherence bonus
- Shift range: 9:00 a 19:00 hrs.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekends off. ????️ .
