Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all mortgage loan documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth closing process.
• Maintain thorough understanding of the closing process and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of post-closing mortgage experience.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certification:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in

accordance with our usual policies.

You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of

employment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.

This is a fully onsite position in Scottsdale,AZ.
