Customer Service Representative

Schedule: M-F, 7am to 3:30pm OR 9am to 5:30pm

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Location: Onsite, Phoenix AZ 85027

Description

The Global Support Team Representative will answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers. (India and Brazil)

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent written communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
  • Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a huge plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
