Location: Lakewood, NJ (On-site)

They are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to serve as the central hub for their sales team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communication, organization, and team coordination, and who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-focused workplace. You’ll report directly to the Director of Business Development and play a vital role in keeping both internal teams and external relationships running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the sales team focused and organized with up-to-date tracking and clear priorities.
- Maintain the sales tracker and ensure timely, accurate updates in coordination with field representatives.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for field reps—checking in, confirming progress, and offering support.
- Manage client accounts, monitor reports, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
- Identify and research leads and new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of office or coordination experience.
- Experience with healthcare terminology is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
