Von Maur

As Content & Social Media Manager, you are responsible for creating and managing the social media presence for the company across various social media platforms. You will implement a comprehensive content and social media strategy that converts followers into customers, drives engagement, and advances the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage social media campaign strategy and execution for Von Maur and Dry Goods brands
• Motivate team to produce highly effective and engaging content and social media campaigns to drive business – train, coach and lead by example
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and achieve project objectives and improve existing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and drive traffic
• Coordinate and evaluate marketing vendors and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards
• Oversee social media content creation for store and company events
• Analyze content and trends; track and report on the effectiveness of content engagement and views
• Optimize marketing budget; communicate and negotiate with external partners
• Research, coordinate and implement social media programs that support the E-Commerce site; engage customers to connect to Von Maur/Dry Goods
• Implement solutions to solve business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in all social media channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, branding or related field.
• Must demonstrate creativity, strong copy writing and copy-editing skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate performance of content.
• Previous experience in Meta.
