Job Description

Seeking a Maintenance Lead to perform leadership, preventative, and reactive mechanical/electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase. You'll be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor. Equipment includes saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, air compressors, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the 3rd shift maintenance team.
  • Perform preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Work with equipment including saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, and air compressors.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v 3-phase.
  • Read schematics, use voltmeter, and perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, including reading ladder logic and troubleshooting relays, switches, and sensors.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps.
  • 5+ years of Electrical Experience working with 480v 3-phase.
  • 3+ years of PLC Troubleshooting Experience.
  • 3+ years of Leadership Experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with PLC editing and programming.
  • Ability to train and teach others, particularly Line Technicians.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
