Position Title: Senior QA Engineer (Digital & Automation)
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in Azure AI services, Salesforce applications, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing AI-driven solutions within enterprise IT environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
In this role, you will…
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for AI models and applications developed using Microsoft Azure AI services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Marketo, and ServiceNow, to ensure they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
- Develop and execute test strategies for mobile applications to ensure compatibility, usability, and performance across various devices and operating systems. This includes both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Test third-party integrations with Microsoft Power Platform suite, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Develop and execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium and AccelQ.
- Use test management tools like ServiceNow, and TestRail to track and manage test cases and defects.
- Develop and maintain test automation using standard frameworks.
- Design and implement test strategies based on business requirements, in collaboration with Development, Product Management, and Customer Support teams.
- Identify, report, and work with development teams to resolve software issues, ensuring solutions are validated.
- Contribute to various testing activities, including functional, regression, automation, performance, and documentation testing.
- Provide regular feedback on project/product quality through meetings, reports, and stakeholder communication.
- Support software quality in production environments from a QA perspective.
- Act as a quality advocate throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead major projects and provide training to junior and intermediate QA engineers.
- Drive quality initiatives and ensure adherence to industry and organizational QA standards.
- Continuously improve software and processes through creativity and knowledge sharing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with digital product teams, ensuring that both Digital solutions meet functional and non-functional testing requirements.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in QA, with a focus on Microsoft applications and automation testing.
- Microsoft Technologies: Extensive experience in testing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power platform applications and ensuring their seamless operation within enterprise environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Test Studio is preferable.
- Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other related Salesforce applications.
- Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium or similar automation tools (e.g., AccelQ, cloud-based tools, or low-code/no-code automation platforms).
- API Automation: Strong experience in automating API tests.
- CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly in Salesforce environments.
- Test Management: Experience using test management tools such as ServiceNow, TestRail, and other tools in collaboration with the digital team to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Defect Management: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, or similar defect management systems.
- Digital Testing Skills: Experience in testing digital applications such as websites, mobile apps, and other customer-facing digital solutions in collaboration with the digital team.
Additional Skills:
- Strong proficiency in QA methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially with the digital team.
