Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - Franklin, IN

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance on machinery, respond to requests from the manufacturing floor, and ensure equipment remains safe and production-ready. You will also engage in process improvement initiatives, participate in daily team production meetings, and help maintain a well-organized 5S environment. The ideal candidate excels in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on various machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Evaluate maintenance requests from the manufacturing floor, determine required actions, and implement effective solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues involving pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems in 3-phase motors and VFDs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Operate maintenance equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and robotic systems.
• Actively participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.
• Contribute to daily production meetings, sharing key updates on safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform root cause analyses and determine immediate or long-term repair actions.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
• Administer and manage the equipment preventative maintenance program.
• Support equipment optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure all auxiliary equipment is functional and properly installed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $72800.00/yr.
