About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven field-based Account Executive to manage and grow customer relationships, primarily within the component/system integration space. You’ll be working with customers building solutions such as servers, gaming machines, and data centers, ensuring their success while driving business growth.

(Key accounts in City of Industry and Bay area)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer business operations and needs to provide tailored support.
  • Analyze market trends and assist customers with strategic forward planning.
  • Conduct monthly onsite visits to customers to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate weekly cadence calls with both customers and vendors to maintain engagement and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize value.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with vendor peers to foster a cooperative approach to customer success.
  • Manage a designated account list, primarily focused on system integrators with a diverse mix of other accounts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of strategic outside sales or account management experience, preferably in a related industry. Alternatively, 4 years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service role.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive 60/40 split earnings structure.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $73,700.00 - $125,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
