Position Summary: In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Healthcare Concierge is responsible for supporting patient and visitor needs with a goal of creating heightened awareness of services and greater customer satisfaction. Assists in building strong customer relationships, by meeting or exceeding customer expectations and satisfy customer needs. Exhibits the Adena Health System Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times. Provides basic information to hospital visitors including but, not limited to: inpatient locations and telephone numbers, wayfinding directions, delivery of gifts & personal items all while maintaining patient confidentiality. Monitors activity, PPE and cleanliness in waiting/gathering areas.
