Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman or Mechanic Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for running pipe, hand bending conduit, making terminations, and pulling and installing wire. You will work with wiring panels, switch gear, and generators ranging from 120 to 480 volts. Your tasks will include lighting, service work, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Run 3/4" or 1" EMT pipe.
  • Hand bend conduit and pipe.
  • Perform terminations.
  • Pull and install wire in various systems.
  • Wire panels, switch gear, and generators.
  • Conduct lighting and service work.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical work and construction.
  • Experience in conduit and wiring installation.
  • Ability to hand bend conduit.
  • Skilled in making terminations and terminating wires.
  • Understanding of schematics and installations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of electrical experience.
  • Ability to work on new construction sites.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
